Day 1: Arrival In Peijing
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met and transferred to the hotel for four nights stay. Afternoon at leisure to overcome jetlag.
Day 2: Beijing
An hour coach journey brings you to the Underground Palace of Ming Tombs, the mausoleums of 13 Emperors, their Empresses and Concubines and the Sacred Road. Afternoon visit and magnificent and mammoth cultural phenomenon – Great Wall at Badaling. In the evening Peking Duck Dinner has been arranged.

Day 3: Beijing
A day tour to Tiananmen Square, the world largest city square which can hold over one million people, and the majestic, yet intricate palatial complex of the Forbidden City, with detailed dragon and cloud carvings on the huge stone ramps, leading to an endless trove of palaces and treasures. Enjoy an evening of Chinese Culture with the Legend of Kung Fu Show

Day 4: Beijing

Day 5: Beijing - Xian
Taking the Hutong Tour by Rickshaw you start to see real life in China, we will visit a local Kindergarten, followed by learning how to make dumplings and lunch with a local family. After dinner you will be transferred to Beijing West Railway Station for your overnight train Z19 (2124-0825) to Xian.

Day 6: Xian
Upon arrival in Xian at 0825 , transfer to the hotel for one night stay. There is a short rest before going to visit the mighty army of 8000 Terracotta Warriors. From the city to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, it takes one hour drive. A specialty Dumpling Banquet dinner has been arranged for tonight.

Day 7: Xian - Shanghai
Transfer to Xian airport (1 hour drive) for the morning flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival met and transferred to the hotel for one night stay. After lunch, visit the classical Yu Garden, built in 1559 in both Ming and Qing styles, the Old Town. Evening Acrobatic Show has been arranged.

Day 8: Shanghai - Suzhou
1.5 hours coach journey to the beautiful city of Suzhou, which is famous for its gardens. Visit the Humble Administrators Garden and Fish Net Garden then visit the Garden of Art to learn Chinese Calligraphy. Stay at Suzhou for overnight.

Day 9: Suzhou - Hangzhou
3 hours coach journey to Hangzhou, which is a city famous for its beauty and heritage. Visit the West lake by boat and Linying Temple. Continue to the Six Harmony Pagoda. 3 nights will be spent in Hangzhou.

Day 10: Hangzhou
Day at leisure. Prepare for eclipse.

Day 11: Hangzhou - Jiaxing/Hangzhou
Leave Hangzhou in the early morning and transfer to Jiaxing. The coach journey is approximately 1.5 hours. View Eclipse in a school playground at around 9h38 am local time. Have your lunch in Jiaxing before transferring to the bank of Qiantang River to watch the famous tidal bores. Coach transfer back to Hangzhou for overnight.

Day 12: Hangzhou - Shanghai
Morning transfer back to Shanghai (2.5 hours). Visit the Jade Buddha Temple built in 1882 and housing the mesmerizing jade statue of Sakamuni and Shanghai Museum. After dinner enjoy boat trip on the Huangpu River.

Day 13: Shanghai Departure
Taken to Shanghai airport for your departure flight.
